For those new to the case, justice Stephen Southwood is a judge in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory who falsified evidence across several paragraphs of a court judgment with citation Mamouzellos v Vatskalis & Ors [2018] NTSC 57.

The Labor Party of the Northern Territory is helping to protect justice Southwood from prosecution, in the opinion of George Mamouzellos.
