Its seems that prescription drugs beget prescription drugs. The older I get, the more comfortable I feel teaching you what I know about wellness. Along with the aging process, I’ve also learned a lot about the motives of drug companies, who, like me, are capitalists and want to work hard to make more money, but at what cost to the consumers?. Don’t get me wrong here, sometimes drugs are necessary. But I believe that so often we become complacent when starting what most doctors and pharmacists believe is a lifetime of taking that (those) drug(s). We tend to believe that we are helpless in discovering what went wrong inside our body that we are now relegated to taking a drug for the rest of our lives. Sometimes by simply changing your chosen lifestyle, the symptoms that drugs are now hushing for 4-6 hours can dissipate.
