It's a recurring theme. Leadership at various REC (Republican Executive Committees) using bully tactics to silence the voice of dissent in their meetings.

And worse - REC's infested with incessant drama between dysfunctional personalities. Resulting in their members being misdirected on minutia instead of the important work to be done.

It's like a group fighting each other about who spilt some milk in the kitchen and arguing about who to clean up the spilt milk while the entire house is burning down in flames.
