I tour the first and only location of “Local Goods”. I have driven past this place several times and one day I wasn’t in a rush. This place is something I desired in the Oak Point District of Plano TX. Located on Legacy approx one light from Highway 75.

It’s a huge space first thing that looks like it might still be expanding. It’s perfect in my opinion. They have from what I saw 3 pickleball courts plenty of shade for outside patio networking and relaxing. The space embraces Work Live Play! They also have a sand volleyball courts open green space a basketball court a deck a few grills. And a bin that I’m not sure what it’s for but I can imagine a petting zoo or some wild kids running in circles. It looks like maybe later they will have a rooftop patio or some type of indoor court. They have a library which I would say is pretty much sectioned off but still open.

My favorite thing about the space is it’s very comfortable it’s never too cold inside it’s never too close.

It’s very kid friendly just because of how much space is available.
