Allison 2500 RDS Transmission Input & Turbine Sensor Replacement, Peterbilt 337

I replaced the Input and Turbine sensors on my 2012 Allison-RDS automatic transmission. I had recently replaced the Output sensor and partially cured the problem I've been having. When the transmission is cold the speedometer jumps while the truck sits.
