MR. NON-PC: They're Taxing People For Services They Don't Provide

So in nearly every video I make I'm almost always walking, so I tend to notice a lot of things going on around me.

But the past few months I've noticed an eyesore that has only gotten worse!

It's a side of a public road that I'm always walking by, and the lazy Allegheny County workers here in Pennsylvania have neglected cutting the weeds the entire year!! The weeds have grown to 6 FEET HIGH!!!

The sad, sick and disgusting part about it all is how WE THE TAXPAYERS are PAYING for this "service"(NEGLIGENCE) and the majority sees no problem with it!

Time to call out these lazy workers....
