WILL I GET ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING A MANDATORY EVACUATION?

Day 5 of the Alexander Fire (7.2.24) .. Thought I'd press my luck this time and tried to interrogate a couple police officers manning the mandatory evacuation checkpoint leading into the main access road into the Alexander Fire area above Drake, CO. Afterwards I thought I'd do a little reading on the Colorado state laws (or ordinances) and how they stack up against the Supreme Law of the land, the US Constitution. Interesting rabbit hole, and worth watching all the way through to the end!
