Simon Harris destroys Helen McEntee’s hate speech argument

Helen McEntee recently said that the hate speech bill is needed because "incitement to violence" is not currently illegal in Ireland.
Today the Taoiseach contradicted her, saying that "incitement to violence" is illegal, and there's "no need" for new laws.
