E151: An Interview With A PAYING CLIENT of Scott Groves - Amy Benedetti

We have an interesting conversation for you this week! Amy Benedetti, a member of Scott’s Consolidated Coaching program, will interview Scott all about his coaching, the reason he does it, and why he feels it’s important to provide these services. They mention how they often feel overwhelmed with numerous tasks and the need to constantly be available. Scott discusses his struggle to detach from work and the emotional stress that comes with the job, as they genuinely care about their clients and their success. They express their desire to improve and seek coaching to connect with a community of like-minded professionals who can offer guidance and support.

We then go through a rapid-fire Q&A session where Scott shares personal preferences and experiences. They talk about their favorite movie, the things they love and dislike about their career as a loan officer, and their passion for jiu-jitsu and CrossFit. They mention their interest in retiring in Europe, particularly in Spain or Italy, and their love for the food in these countries. Scott also discusses the challenges of maintaining physical strength as they age and their desire to overcome shoulder injuries.
