Grading for water flow around the house.

In this video, we work the property over pretty good to be able to get rain water to flow away from the house both to the east and to the west.

I also leave a ramp to be able to drive all the way up into his lateral field.

We are using a cat 315 excavator and my bobcat s250 skid steer to do all of the work.
