Secret Service accountability

When samurai failed to protect their lord, they committed hara-kiri. We need the modern American version of that for those charged with protecting the President. It would be one thing if there was an attack by some super slick adversary that out smarted our best people & measures, like in the movies… this wasn’t that. The Secret Service leadership has failed in epic & gargantuan proportions. They need to be held accountable & responsible. That means they need to experience significant personal loss.
