While excavating for an underground parking lot under a high-rise building, construction workers made a startling discovery. Their excavator suddenly sank into the ground as if it had been swallowed by a swamp, revealing a huge passage 20 feet deep. Undeterred, one of the workers climbed down the unusual ladder into the opening. There he encountered mysterious levers connected to huge mechanisms. After he reported the find, his colleagues quickly joined him. They decided to activate the mechanism, turning the levers.
