We all have soul plans to ensure we learn/experience what we came here to learn/experience... So we are not a slave to "will"; we program it before we arrive and adjust it along the way... Shifting our focus of consciousness into the now is a graduation effect where we take conscious control of our lives. We have Response Ability to freely choose to find harmony within, which then aligns us to a reality experience of harmony without (on the outside); as within, so without.
