For Gunn's Superman movie, it is unclear where Corenswet is getting his costume from, as the world has only seen the suit through set photos, but in the midst of battle scenes. The origin of that costume could still have an emotional component to it, whether it is something that was part of his ship when he landed on Earth or something his Earth mother makes for him as a meaningful gift. Whether it will be on the same level as Snyder's approach in the DCEU remains to be seen.

With Gunn's Superman having finished principal photography, time will tell when the first trailer will roll out. It will likely not be for another couple of months as they are in the post-production stage, which includes a lot of VFX work that comes with this film. Hopefully, at the very least, the first Superman trailer will be released before 2024 is over.
