Judge #FrancisLaird KC of #Teesside Crown Court sentenced four men, including an eighteen year old and a nineteen year old, to two years in jail for free speech. Laird relied on arguments made by prosecutor #RachelMasters who relied on false social media posts for her arguments. She raised how the men were supposedly shouting "Tommy" in reference to #politicalprisoner #TommyRobinson in her arguments for jailing them for violent disorder. Supposedly, police felt frightened when the men "gestured" at them. The two year sentences are longer than those received by Muslims such as #Abdulrizakalihersi for molesting minors on the #Londontube two years ago.
