Russian border guards have raised a white flag and surrendered after Ukrainian aerial scouts attacked the border post in Sudzha city in Kursk region. The border guards, who came to the area where there were unarmed Ukrainian soldiers, lay on the ground. Later, they were taken away from the area on a military vehicle.
