Thirsty Thursday - Aviation

Join the Wasatch Sasquatch as he makes cocktails every Thursday. This week he's making what is often considered the "bartender's handshake", an Aviation. Controversially, he opts to stir this classic instead of shaking it, in order to preserve the vibrant color imparted by the creme de violette.
