Hiking Shenandoah National Park

Thinking about taking a trip to Shenandoah National Park? Do it! It's totally worth it! Shenandoah offers some great hiking opportunities. It also offers fantastic views! We created this video after two short three day trips to Shenandoah in consecutive years. We spied 7 black bears in the park, however all encounters happened in the first trip! In the first trip we checked out some of the parks most famous locations like Hawksbill Summit, Stoney Man, Dark Hallow Falls, and Mary's Rock, as well as the short rock scramble on Bear Fence Mountain. In our second visit we became a bit more adventurous and took on White Oak Canyon, and the parks famous Old Rag, a mountain top rock scramble that keeps hikers on their toes!
