Woman found dead stuck in a baggage conveyor belt machine at O'Hare Int'l Airport

This is a bizarre story. She was seen entering an unoccupied restricted area around 2:30am and the fire department gets called around 7:45am when she was found stuck in the conveyor belt.

1) Was she put there?
2) How did security let her access the restricted area?
3) Who found her?
4) Why is there no security surveillance video of the restricted area?
5) Don't they have cameras everywhere? It's an international Airport for heavens sake.
