Why was this video hidden from the public for 8 years?

The Center For Medical Progress recently released an undercover video exposing a Planned Parenthood staff discussing how to cover up illegal D&X - also known as partial-birth - abortions. This video was seized in 2016 by then-California AG Kamala Harris and hidden from the public for nearly a decade. We cannot turn a blind eye to these violent and potentially illegal acts. Planned Parenthood must be brought to justice under the law!
