Cheese (mixture of 3 cheeses).
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat until the cheese is melted.
Flip the tortilla over.
Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Mozzarella 100 g.
6 tortillas.

Grate on a large and a small grater.

2-3 tablespoons olive oil.

4 tomatoes.
Parsley.
200 g mozzarella cheese.
In the oven / 15 minutes / 200°C / 400°F.

Cut and cook.

1 onion.
Fry until golden brown.

Fry over medium heat.
