The more money we send to a war, the longer the war wages on, the more people die unnecessarily. Pavlov wants more money to be sent to Ukraine even though it cannot win a war with Russia. Any empathetic patriot of Ukraine would want peace and an end to the senseless carnage. Ukraine used to be in Russia. How could it possibly defeat a nation of Russia's size? It was never possible.
