By the Law the Judge can only see a case only if there is overwhelming Tangible Evidence. No Case can go to court on Witness statements alone. A Doctors Professional Option is not Evidence. The Judge should have thrown the Case or the Attorney filed a "Motion to Dismiss" No More than an Illegal Court Proceeding.
