In a recent exclusive report, renowned investigative journalist Lara Logan and Capt. Dr. Rose, a former Army captain who served in a Forward Surgical Team, have raised concerns about the training of a large number of individuals in Afghanistan. Dr. Rose, who continues to work as a tactical medical physician, has trained military, law enforcement, and government agencies on the subject.

In 2008, Dr. Rose developed and patented the Integrated Tourniquet System (ITS), which has since been used by Naval Special Warfare, law enforcement, and militaries around the world.
