Starting a Homestead From Scratch: Expanding the Garden

This week Charlotte takes the time to expand our garden a bit. This is her first garden so we started off with some smaller gardens. Now that she has hit her stride taking care of the plants. Its time to grow the garden and plant a bit more. The hope is to grow all of our own food within the next year. So steadily increasing the garden gives us a good idea of what kind of work we will be looking at.
