Identified as 25-year-old Fabian Martinez Toribio, the criminal illegal immigrant had a warrant for arrest on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody on Wednesday, August 7th, by D P S Special Agents and the U S Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. He has been booked into the Williamson County Jail.
