#212 Shocking Arrest: Caretaker Caught in Disturbing Underage Encounter!

This guy was for sure a weird one, from start to finish with the easy conversation. He would randomly bring up weird topics but was NOT denying any of his intentions which also was very weird to hear coming from him. I low key felt he was trying to play mind games though.
