Defective Ditches in Southeast Texas

These are videos of the area around my homestead/cabin near Lake Livingston, Texas. We are experiencing issues with a defective ditch system. When it rains hard, the ditches cannot take the water away fast enough, so the water ends up in our yard. Frustrating. I can trace it to two separate issues. The HOA removed a culvert some years ago, and culverts being clogged. Eventually, I will construct a video that explains the whole issue. In the mean time, here are some of the "dailies" from that project.
