Recipe and ingredients

00:00 2 potatoes.
00:51 Butter 1 tbsp.
01:01 Fry potatoes.
01:20 Green onions.
01:44 Stir potatoes.
02:00 Add green onions to potatoes.
02:05 Fry on medium heat until done.
02:33 3 eggs.
02:43 Salt.
02:46 Red pepper.
02:51 Paprika
02:54 Mix.
03:10 Add eggs to potatoes.
03:15 Mozzarella 1 cup.
03:27 Tortilla.
03:32 Cook 5 minutes on low heat.
03:47 Flip, close lid.
03:52 Increase heat.
03:57 Fry 2 minutes until golden brown.

250 g broccoli.
Pour hot water and leave for 5 minutes.
20 g green onions.
3 eggs.
Salt, Black pepper.
Add green onions.
Drain broccoli.
Cut broccoli into small pieces.
Add to bowl with eggs and green onions.
Add 50g Parmesan cheese (optional) and mix well.
Olive oil.
Medium heat.
Pour into the pan.
Distribute evenly.
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Turn over with a plate.
Fry for another 2 minutes.

1 clove of garlic.
Salt 1 tsp.
Pepper.
Thyme.
Yogurt 2 tbsp.
Olive oil 1 tsp.
Flour 1 tbsp.
1 large tomato.
Parsley.
Feta 70 g.
Dry garlic.
Parmesan 70 g.
Yogurt 3 tbsp.
Olive oil.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Parmesan.
In the oven/200°C/400°F/10 minutes.

Olivenöl.
Im Ofen 200°C/400°F/30 Minuten.
Schnittlauch.
Gesalzenes Schmalz.
1 Karotte.
Schmalz in einer Bratpfanne anbraten.
Karotten hinzufügen.
1 EL Butter.
Kohl 300 g.
Frühlingszwiebeln hinzufügen.
Im Ofen 15 Minuten/200°C/400°F.
17:05 Recipe 5.
3 eggs.
Salt.
Nutmeg.
Italian herbs.
1 onion.
Green onions.
3-4 potatoes.
Flour 3 tbsp.
Oil for frying.
Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
