Vinyasa Yoga Class Fluidity Backbends Anxiety Shoulder Level 2 Depression
Full Length This is a fluid circular movement vinyasa with a strong emphasis on chaturanga dandasana. The focus of this class is shoulder openers, hip openers, leg, quad, hamstring stretches. A lot of hip flexor work. The emphasis is on conscious breathing and movement. We are not following just the traditional trajectories of yoga movements. We are following the body, the breath, the organic movement within. FLUIDITY IS KEY.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD 3-4 Sun Salutations in the beginning.
