...the Buran spacecraft (Izdeliye Baikal 2.01). This is the third (and last) flying spacecraft, the first manned spacecraft of the reusable transport space system of the program that, we recall, was the largest space project in the history of the Soviet country. At the time of its closure, the readiness of this Baikal was 50%.

The new acquisition has already been handed over to the museum complex of this city in the Sverdlovsk region. The director of the complex, Nikolai Rezinskikh, announced plans to restore the device and create a special pavilion for an exhibition dedicated to the Soviet space program Energiya-Buran.
