Because the Israelites did not keep the Law of YAH, they were punished according to it. Deuteronomy 27:26 "Cursed be he that confirms not all the words of this Law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amein (So be it)." When Israel married the Most High at mount Sinai, we said, "All that YAH has spoken we will do." (Exodus 19:8 and Exodus 24:3) But we have not kept our vows to Him, which is why we have been exiled from our homeland/the land of Israel and scattered throughout the world as slaves. Deuteronomy 28:47-48 "Because you (Israel) served not YAH your Husband with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; therefore shall you serve your enemies which YAH shall send against you, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon your neck, until he have destroyed you." When you read Jeremiah 9:16 "I (YAH) will send a sword after them (the Israelites), till I have consumed them" remember Leviticus 26:36-38 "And upon them (the Israelites) that are left alive of you I (YAH) will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursues. And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursues: and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies. And you shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up." The black slave descendants/the Israelites die because we have rejected life/YAH's Law. Deuteronomy 32:46 "...Set your hearts unto all the words which I (Moses) testify among you (Israel) this day, which you shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this Law. For it is not a vain thing for you; because IT IS YOUR LIFE..." We obey man's law but not YAH's. We choose death but not life. We give heed to lies but not the Truth. Deuteronomy 8:18 "But you (Israel) shall remember YAH your Father: for it is He that gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He sware unto your fathers..."
