In 2021, #SouthCarolina District Judge #MaryGordonBaker upheld the clearly biased findings of a jury. A jury acquitted #DevonDunham of the cold-blooded murder of former #Hardeeville fire chief #MartinStevens in 2017. Steven had parked his truck near a public parking lot so he could mow his lawn. Dunham climbed into the backseat and then shot Stevens in the head. Solicitor #DuffieStone refused to bring racial hate crime charges.
