[MTB] Rusty's Trail, upper and lower sections (Tahoe City, CA)

Rusty's trail (upper section) connects Deer Park Trail with Rusty's Trail (lower section), which is also part of the Tahoe Rim Trail (TRT).
The lower Rusty's Trail (TRT) runs parallel with Paige Meadows Trail at slightly higher elevation.
