In this epic continuation of the "Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings" Troll Trouble quest, Geralt dives deeper into the mystery behind the Troll's tragic story. Before heading to confront Dmitri, Geralt takes a detour to finish the side quest "Poker Face: Flotsam." In a high-stakes game of dice poker, Geralt faces off against Bendeck, Casimir, and Zindrab at the inn, winning each match. From these victories, he learns about Einar Gausel, a dwarf bookseller and poker player. After defeating Einar, Geralt earns the right to challenge Sendler, the final opponent. Winning this match rewards Geralt with the She-Troll's head, concluding the "Poker Face: Flotsam" quest.

Armed with this trophy, Geralt confronts Dmitri at the cemetery, battling his guards with unmatched swordplay. After defeating Dmitri, Geralt returns to the Troll's lair, delivering justice and the She-Troll's head. The Troll, now free from the grip of grief and alcohol, promises to repair the bridge and protect the village once more. Geralt then heads back to Chorab to collect his well-deserved reward.
