Woman's Obstructed License Plate Turns into 3 Felony Charges

On March 5, 2024 in Florida, a sheriff's deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an obstructed license plate. The vehicle had also been traveling at 55MPH in a posted 45MPH zone. This is police footage of the events that followed.
