A Female NYPD officer left bloodied.

The female officer can be seen neing helped by a citizen, after she’s punched in the face by repeat offender on parole, leading to wild caught-on-camera arrest.

The officer was trying to interven in an altercation, involving the suspect & some young children that was taking place.

Ernst Delma, 41, pounced on the unnamed cop on a Bronx sidewalk at around 7.10pm on Thursday.

'The officer sustained lacerations to her lips and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition,' they said.

Video filmed by a bystander shows a male NYPD officer restraining Delma on the ground as he appears to struggle to escape.

The scene is so chaotic that Delma loses his pants and exposes himself to people on the street before he's handcuffed.

The assailant, who lives on the Bronx street where he launched the attack, has been charged with assaulting a police officer and obstructing law enforcement.
