Swiftly leaving town, into the country, swooping along my favourite country roads, kissing blurring hedgerows around tight turns, to arrive at the start of this next adventure.
Low Hesleyhurst to beautiful Pauperhaugh Bridge on the famous River Coquet in Northumberland.
A back road not widely known by riders, but a lovely ride through Northumberland at it's best. Though the road surface is badly eroded, particularly at the descending corkscrew turns, so care is needed.
