Anger and confusion at the Winnipeg 20/50 public meeting in Niverville. The WMR board said the hall is overcapacity and allowed less than 200 people into the event. The rest have been locked out of the proceedings. I don’t know the exact number but there are many upset people there who wanted to hear exactly how this plan will affect them.
Police have been called in for “crowd control”
Apparently there is plenty of space inside the hall but they are not allowing the people outside in.
