I don't know if it's day or not...
In this video, I go out and show how I tap maple trees. Then I collect sap and show how I boil it down to syrup. After that, I modify a family candy recipe for Kentucky Pull Candy and make it with maple syrup fresh from the trees by working it on a marble candy-making slab. Finally, I taste test the made-from-scratch candy.
