Butte County Board of Supervisors Meeting 8-13-24 After being stared down by ultra creepy, menacing, “mad dog” Peter DurDurrDurrrDurphy, members of the public speak to the board of supervisors and provide their public comments. During their time at the podium, you can hear Durphy and other members of the board disrespectfully mock the speakers with bizarre and grotesque sputtering and spluttering sounds on their hot microphones.

Look in the lower right corner of the video. As matters of serious concern are brought before the board, District Attorney Mike Ramsey is lurking in the shadowy periphery of the chambers, and seems possessed by paroxysms ranging from incredulousness to outright mockery and contempt. This is the best the people of Butte County can expect from this disgusting, ogrish fraud.
