X4 Foundations 76 : Bugged station replaced with Boron Diplomatic Outpost

After rebooting the computer and reloading the game, the station at Eighteen Billion was still a water production station. So I deleted it and replaced it with the required Boron components as per the mission requirement for the Boron Diplomatic Outpost.
