On August 6th, every year, Maitreya Rael announces the percentage of humanity's chances of survival, an information he receives telepathically from the Elohim, our extraterrestrial creators. Last year the percentage announced was 5%, this year we have 6% chances of survival !

August 6th is the Raelian New Year, and we are now entering the year 79 after Hiroshima. It was initiated by Maitreya Rael as a remembrance of this horrible event for humanity: the explosion of the atomic bomb over Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, which signifies that humanity has entered the era where it can self-destruct if it uses science unwisely.

As Maitreya said on this day, during the celebration held in Okinawa (Japan): "Today is the most sad day. Remember Hiroshima, there were people, women, children playing in the streets of Hiroshima, and one man (the US President at that time), the biggest criminal in the history of humanity, signed a paper authorizing to send an atomic bomb on Hiroshima. One signature, and three hundred thousand people died. Today, we celebrate the New Year, yes, but what we have in our heart is: never more a catastrophe like the one on Hiroshima".

To conclude this celebration, Maiteya Rael said: "That's our planet, our life; the Elohim created a beautiful garden, not only for humanity, but also for so many fantastic animals. That’s what we Raelians are here to save, that’s our little mission, very little mission. Feel that when you wake up, feel that when you participate in simple actions, when you spread the Message of the Elohim, when you meditate one minute for peace. THE RAELIAN MOVEMENT - HOW IT ALL STARTED

25,000 years ago, an advanced people from space, who had reached a perfect mastery in the synthesis of DNA, terraformed the Earth to pursue their experiments in the creation of life in laboratories.

They started with simple organisms, progressively designing increasingly sophisticated models of living art, until they were able to make human beings, "in their own image and likeness".

Traces of this epic masterpiece of creation can be found in many ancient texts, including the Bible, where humans called them the "Elohim", which is a plural word meaning "those who came from the sky".

They remained in touch with humanity by sending teachings of love through their prophets (the founders of the great religions), who are still alive on their planet, thanks to cloning, the secret of eternal life.

In 1945 the bombing of Hiroshima heralded the start of the Age of Apocalypse, meaning "revelation" in Greek, where humanity's level of science can allow us to both understand our origins rationally and build a paradise on Earth through the peaceful application of technology, or use it instead to self-destruct.

It was at that point that the Elohim decided to contact their last envoy Rael, and entrust him with a message adapted to our times, addressed to all of humanity.

With this important mission in hand, Rael founded the Raelian Movement with the aim to spread these Messages around the world and to eventually establish an official embassy to welcome our creators back to Earth, where they can share their advanced science and philosophical knowledge.
