Did you know? Parasite eggs can survive outside the body for up to two weeks! 😲🕒 They can be spread through contact with contaminated surfaces or food. 🥘🍴 That’s why cooking food thoroughly is super important! 🧼🍽️
These eggs can linger under fingernails for up to 2 months and easily transfer to surfaces. Make sure to scrub under your nails! 😲🪱
