Oklahoma Constitutional Carry Repeal Bill Dies in Committee

On February 20, 2020, State Rep. Jason Lowe of OK HD97 presented his Bill that would have attempted to repeal the permitless carry provisions of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act that went into effect on November 1, 2019.

The Bill failed to pass in Committee by an almost unanimous vote.
