Early ROOFTOP KILLSHOT?

The now fairly familiar video capture of "Crooks" on the rooftop seems to imply a head killshot might have occurred, before Trump was struck in the ear (grazed) and quit speaking. So, was he taken out to be left dead as a patsy? Even Major Prather said the blood looked too dry for the photo shoot timeline.
It does appear the young man's head suddenly snaps back to one side.
It looks like a killshot to my eyes.

Even though much fakery and deception in ongoing, some things are still real.
