Well it must be an election season because the World Health Organization says Monkeypox is on the move.

Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus made the announcement on Wednesday but was met with a relentless wave of ridicule and completely unbridled skepticism — the sort of thing to be expected when a clown opens his mouth.

This is clown world, after all, and between Tim Walz stealing valor and Kamala Harris stealing Trumps campaign ideas, one can reasonably begin to wonder if this circus was all planned out for our entertainment, decades before any single one of us was even a twinkle in our birth giver’s eye.

But perhaps the most pungent icing on the shit cake this week is news that in celebration of the 3rd anniversary of the botched American withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Taliban held a parade with 80 billion dollars worth of our military equipment.
