Stormin’ Norman new cart and harness

Sandy and I fitted Norman in his new harness, hooked him to his new cart and took him for a two-mile spin. We’re just working out the bugs, ended up adjusting the seat further forward, and are still seeing buckles to adjust as we work out the fitting foibles.
