Couple Berates Officer | Thinks “Uncle Dan” will Clear the Charges

Close to midnight on October 15, 2022, Officer Martinez was working extra duty police security at Seville Quarter when he noticed an individual standing directly behind his patrol vehicle urinating in the roadway. The man was heavily intoxicated and placed under arrest. While in the back seat of the patrol car, the man became increasingly belligerent towards Officer Martinez, threatening him with physical violence. This is footage of that event.
