Exploding Ranch Burgers!

Recipe:

In a greased muffin pan

Place Rhodes Frozen Bread Rolls
(Cover with plastic wrap and proof
for 4 hours or until dough rises)

In a mixing bowl add 1 lb of ground beef,
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
1 Ranch Package seasoning
1 Cup Colby Jack
Shredded Cheese
Mix well

Mac Big Sauce
3 tablespoons of Pickle relish
or your favorite pickles
Heaping tablespoon of
Mayo
Ketchup
Mustard
Garlic
Salt & Pepper

Burger Patties
Ball up evenly portioned
smash in frying pan or griddle
cook to desire.

Sautee Sliced Onion in Burger grease
if desired, the ranch flavor makes for some
awesome onions!

Take your Bread Rolls butter your hands
spread dough from middle out and up onto
muffin pan so after filled you can fold closed

Add Cheese to Opened Bread Rolls
Add a portion of burger (each patty may not
fit)
Add more cheese if you are a cheese fan
fold bread roll closed add cheese to top
